Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and use a valid work email address.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party rights;
• Access or provision systems you are not authorized to administer;
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
• Upload malicious code or interfere with other customers.

Customer data and integrations

You retain ownership of the data you submit. You grant us a limited license to process that data to provide the Service, including performing provisioning actions on the third-party systems you connect. You are responsible for having the authority to connect those systems and to provision the accounts you create.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Trials convert to paid plans unless canceled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with notice.

Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us or others. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dexvo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
